Terms of Service

Qcampus is a cloud-based school management system for administrators, teachers, staff, students and parents. Features may include admissions, attendance, fees, examinations, timetable, library, transport, hostel, messaging, notices, payroll and related modules. We may add, change or retire features as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. School owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles and module permissions, and ensuring that only authorised people access their center's data.

Teacher and staff accounts may be created by a school administrator or linked after an admin adds your profile. You may only use the portal for legitimate school-related work authorised by your institution.

Schools and their authorised users enter and manage personal data about students, parents, teachers and staff. The school (or its governing body) remains responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and purpose of that data under applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) where applicable.

Qubanix provides the software platform, security controls and operational safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. We process data on the school's instructions to deliver the service.

You agree not to:

• misuse the portal, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users;
• upload malware, scrape data in bulk without permission, or reverse engineer the service;
• use the service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity;
• share login credentials or bypass role-based access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

We aim to keep Qcampus available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause temporary downtime. Support requests may be sent to hello@qubanix.com.

Paid plans, trials and billing terms are agreed separately with your school or organisation. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restricted access after reasonable notice.

Qcampus, its software, branding, documentation and UI are owned by Qubanix or its licensors. Schools retain ownership of the data they upload. We receive a limited licence to host and process that data solely to operate the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Qubanix is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the portal. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid by your organisation in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, access ends and data handling will follow our retention practices and any separate agreement with your school.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
